The Hyper Pro is improved in 3 key areas:

GHD Attachment: The full size GHD Attachments connects directly to the mainframe for GHD training. It's larger, more versatile, and more stable than the GHD pad from the Nordic Hyper.
Stability: The Hyper Pro features a redesigned based frame for improved stability during explosive movements like GHD Sit-Ups. On the Nordic Hyper, you have to load weight plates on the front during explosive GHD movements.
Quality: With upgraded, ultra comfortable padding, knurled handles, and more for a true pro experience.
